Current Contract Information:  We were awarded $563,375 for 37 homes.  HOME funding is available to affiliates as follows:

Albuquerque: $15,000 for 10 homes, total of $150,000
Artesia:  $10,000 for 2 homes, total of $20,000
Carlsbad:  $10,000 for 2 homes, total of $20,000                                 
Deming:  $20,000 for 1 home, total of $20,000
Espanola:  $20,000 for 2 homes, total of $40,000
Espanola:  $18,375 for 1 home, total of $18,375
Gallup:  $15,000 for 1 home, total of $15,000
Hobbs:  $10,000 for 4 homes, total of $40,000
Las Vegas:  $15,000 for 3 homes, total of $45,000
Roosevelt:  $15,000 for 1 home, total of $15,000
Santa Fe:  $20,000 for 6 homes, total of $120,000
Silver City:  $10,000 for 2 homes, total of $20,000
Taos:  $20,000 for 2 homes, total of $40,000

Additionally, we must stick to the following AMI requirements*:

17 units must be at or below 50% AMI
20 units must be at or below 40% AMI

Note:  MFA is no longer letting us go up to 80% of the AMI, even though in our past contracts they allowed this.
